Thank you for visiting 13threads.

I, Lois, design, make, package and ship all items myself.

Once your order had been placed you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Most orders ship within the stated shipping time, usually 1-3 days. However, if for any reason there will be a delay in shipping, I will let you know immediately.

All orders within the UK, apart from the 'free shipping', are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery (parcels are tracked, insured and guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm - excluding a Saturday).

All orders outside of the UK (international orders), apart from the 'free shipping', are posted using Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For (parcels are tracked, insured and require a signature at time of delivery).  

All hat orders are Free Shipping and will be posted in the UK using Royal Mail First Class and for international deliveries using Royal Mail Airmail.

Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred.

Once your package is on its way I will send you an email with the relevant tracking number.

If you order more than one item, please note that they may arrive in more than one delivery.

If the estimated shipping charge is £2.00 or more greater than the actual shipping charge I will refund the difference.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please let me know within 3 days of receipt of item.

As long as item is undamaged, unworn and in original condition, and it is dispatched to me within 14 days of your receipt, I am happy to refund the cost of the item minus any shipping charges. I cannot accept returns on items that were damaged whilst in the customer's possession. No refunds will be given on items which smell of smoke, perfume or have make up stains.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and must return item using an insured and trackable carrier, notifying me by email of the date of return postage and tracking number. 

Once I have received the returned item in its original condition I will issue a refund.
